Occupational Skincare
Sterisol develops, manufactures and markets unique preservative-free skincare and eye cleansing products for people at work.
The unique Sterisol System is built around a completely airtight packaging solution. This allows Sterisol to develop products that do not contain any preservatives or other harmful additives. All Sterisol products are extremely gentle to your skin, so you can wash your hands as frequently as you need. This is an advantage in a workplace where hands are washed many times a day.
Sterisol’s head office and factory is located in Vadstena, Sweden. Production is carried out under strict hygiene control in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). Operations are also certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO EN 14001:2004. The products are marketed in some 25 countries all over the world through our distribution partners and own sales companies.
Medical devices
Cenova offers cleanroom environment injection moulding, vacuum forming and assembly and packaging of medical devices for leading customers with high regulatory requirements.
By combining knowledge of the different phases of development with high competence in production technology, we help the client to industrialize the products in order to achieve optimal cost efficiency. The company has a long and solid experience in injection moulding, assembly and thermoforming. Often, the customers’ products are further improved in the interaction with Cenova’s expertise.
Cenova is focused on medical technology, but they also have customers in branches with similar regulatory requirements, for example in the food industry. Cenova is based in Mjölby, Sweden, and has many international customers, often large multinational companies where Cenova is responsible for supplying sales companies around the world.
Plastic Components
Gepe Geimuplast is an injection moulding company in Farchant, Germany, and manufactures high volume, complex industrial plastic components for automotive and other demanding industrial sectors.
Gepe Geimuplast produces injection moulding components for many industrial sectors, for instance the automotive industry, electronics and components for photo technology. They are capable of complying with very narrow size tolerances even in mass-produced items. At their production site, more than 40 injection moulding machines and highly sophisticated automation systems are used to produce complex parts with a maximum weight of 1000 grams.
The company’s technical “know-how” is constantly reflected in numerous own label products and new developments. Gepe Geimuplast has over 65 years of experience in manufacturing.
Animal Identification
Gepe Geimuplast in Farchant, Germany develops, manufactures and markets the Gepe Q-flex animal ear tags and RFID transponders. The Q-flex products meet the highest standards for livestock identification.
Q-flex® animal identification includes the complete range of high-quality products of visual (ear tags & accessories) and electronic identification (e.g tag transponders, ceramic boluses and implants). One of the products offered is the Q-flex® “LabTag” ear tags used for identification with simultaneous tissue sampling for diagnostic purposes.*
GEPE Q-flex® products are manufactured pursuant to ISO 9001:2008 from high-quality, flexible polyurethane (TPU) on new, fully-automated production lines. Continuous quality controls carried out in compliance with strict specifications ensure high-quality end products characterized by high functionality and durability.
